The CGCC is a legally registered independent entity in the United Arab Emirates. It was jointly initiated and founded by various overseas Chinese communities residing in the UAE. The Chamber’s founding president is Mr. Tang Zhengang.
CGCC is dedicated to promoting Sino-UAE economic and trade cooperation, fostering cultural exchange between China and the Arab world, and actively fulfilling social responsibilities. The Chamber aims to enhance the visibility and influence of Chinese entrepreneurs in the UAE, serving as a vital bridge between Chinese and Arab industries. The Members’ Representative Assembly is the Chamber’s highest authority. Comprising all registered members, it is convened and organized by the Executive Committee. This assembly plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction and major resolutions of the Chamber.
The Executive Committee serves as the executive body of the Members’ Representative Assembly. During intervals between general assemblies, it exercises the powers of the Assembly, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures the implementation of its resolutions.

Responsible for handling legal affairs and legal risks. Its work covers legal consultation, contract management, litigation handling, intellectual property management, compliance monitoring, corporate governance, and legal training.
It is the department in the organization responsible for planning and executing publicity activities. Its main responsibilities include: publicity construction, market promotion, media relations, online publicity, event planning, copywriting and crisis public relations of the China-Arab General Association.
It is responsible for managing and executing projects. Its main functions cover project negotiation, planning, formation, execution, supervision, resource management, risk management, communication and coordination, quality management, cost control, progress tracking and project closing, etc., providing all-round support and guarantee for the organization’s project implementation and the goal of supporting the association with business.
It is responsible for organizing and implementing various activities. Including event planning, supplier and venue coordination, publicity and promotion, crisis management and other aspects, providing all-round support and guarantee for the successful holding of activities.
